Registration form for ACAC-2018

Registration fees are required for the following form to be valid. The procedure for payments is described below.
  • The fees for regular participants are 150 euros. Delegate registration fees cover attendance to the conference, refreshments and lunch during the conference, the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 30th October and the Banquet on Thursday 1st November; also material of the conference and the book of abstracts as a pdf file.
  • Post Doctoral Researchers should register as Full Participants.
  • Members of the NKUA Chemistry Department are entitled to reduced registration fees of 50 euros.
  • Graduate (PhD or MSc) students' fees are 50 euros. Payment should be made no later than the 19th of November, if the participant is to enjoy all of the following provileges.. Graduate Student registration fees cover attendance to the conference, refreshments and lunch during the conference, the Welcome Reception on Tuesday 30th October, the Early Career Researcher evening event on Wednesday 31st October and the Banquet on Thursday 1st November; also material of the conference and the book of abstracts as a pdf file.
  • Undergraduate students may attend for free, but they need to register nonetheless. Undergraduate student registration covers attendance to the conference, refreshments during the conference and the Early Career Researcher evening event on Wednesday 31st October.
  • All participating students need to submit some form to validate their status.
  • Interested participatns will be provided with a proof of participation at the end of the conference.

    As of the 15th of October, bank transfers will not be an option for payment of the registration fee. Payments can be made in cash to Prof. P. Paraskevopoulou at the Laboratory of Inorganic Chemistry. For participants who are off campus, onsite payment will be available, but it has to be made on arrival and, once again, in cash only.

    Please note that registration fees do not cover accommodations and participants are expected to make their own revervations for accommodations.

    If a bank transfer has already been made, a copy of the transfer should be sent via e-mail to the organizers.
